Are you passionate about technology and have an eye for intricate detail? Do you have a knack for assembling and handling complex electronic components? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a skilled Contract Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team.
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology products.
You will be part of a collaborative team, working on the assembly and testing of our high-tech products.
This is a contract position that offers a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities:
As a Contract Electro-Mechanical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
1.
Assembling, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
2.
Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
3.
Soldering and desoldering electronic components using J-STD-001 standards.
4.
Performing surface mount technology (SMT) assembly.
5.
Handling and assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs).
6.
Fabricating and modifying cables, wires, and circuits.
7.
Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
8.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
9.
Ensuring all assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
10.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
1.

years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role.
2.
Proficiency in soldering and desoldering electronic components, specifically with Electronic Component Soldering (SMT).
3.
Experience in handling and assembling PCBs.
4.
Strong knowledge of cables, wires, and circuits.
5.
Familiarity with J-STD-001 standards and certification is a must.
6.
Proven experience in electronic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly.
7.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
8.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
9.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
10.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
