As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting.

Duties - Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member - Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Assist with billing and processing payments - Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow - Provide general information about clinic services, procedures, and policies - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary setting and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
