Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, techniques, and regulations. TI and Ground-up experiecnce.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
