Other Locations Saint Louis;Missouri;United States Seal Beach;California;United States Renton;Washington;United States Job Description Boeing Global Real Estate is seeking a Senior Facilities Planner as a member of the Occupancy & Industrial Planning team. Focus will be towards industrial planning for manufacturing, laboratory and warehouse / logistics facilities. Successful candidate will develop and deploy enterprise processes and tools, and serve as subject matter expert supporting strategic planning teams working across business units and individual operating sites. Responsibilities: o Analyzes and evaluates Company trends and develops real property strategies in support of Asset Utilization initiatives. o Integrates and leads Company-wide real property initiatives, product development plans, directives and business case scenarios. o Initiates and leads Business Partner headcount projections and business plans to enable Real Property forecasting. o Manages and communicates multiple complex strategies, schedules, and budgets to satisfy Boeing initiatives and BP requirements. Identifies options to support requirements including issues, opportunities and risks. o Integrates and presents proposals to stakeholders and sponsors. o Leads and analyzes regional and enterprise initiatives, site studies, and Business Partner strategies to develop and communicate proposals and recommendations. o Leads asset use strategies based on evaluation of site capabilities, manufacturing and technology forecasts. o Interacts with internal and external organizations, senior level management and government agencies to identify and assess impact to business operating plans. o Leads the creation of short term and long range facilities plans in support of stakeholder requirements. o Demonstrates positive attitude towards change and eager to lead transformation (change agent) o Leads and develops training, coaching and mentorship of the planning discipline as required across the enterprise supporting all levels of the facilities planning skill. Qualifications Typical Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   Required Qualifications: o Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
