Flight Operations Engineer - Experienced

Job Description We are looking for a senior or lead engineer to join our Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Customer Support, Flight Operations Engineering, Airplane Flight Manuals team. Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will responsible for the planning, development, production, and maintenance of aircraft certification documents. Lead the team's daily activities in the production of AFMs to meet Delivery, Development, Aircraft Modifications, and Safety requirements. Coordinate with regulation agencies around the world, Puget Sound and SoCal Design Centers, various business organizations, and many technical engineering disciplines in determining AFM content. Pursue obtaining DAE (Design Analysis Engineer) AFM AR (Authorized Representative) certificates if not already in possession. Lead the development and improvement of new and existing technologies, tools and processes to enhance technology readiness, improve vehicle performance and reduce cycle time and cost. Establish scope and framework for standardization of design processes and common tools identification. Develop Boeing responses to proposed regulations that impact cost, performance, producibility, maintainability and safety. Qualifications This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.   Basic Qualifications (Required skills/experience): Bachelors of Science in Engineering. US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. Preferred Qualifications (Desired skills/experience): FAA certification experience such as Part 25 or other. Flight Operation Engineering experience. Technical manual experience such as Flight Manual, Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletin experience.     Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
