Property and Casualty Insurance Producer

Are you ready for a new and challenging sales career? You will have the opportunity to grow your sales career substantially with uncapped commission and employer investment in your education. We are hiring talented sales individuals who are career oriented, sales driven, and money motivated. We are looking for a Producer to bring in their "book of business" to the agency. The candidate will write all lines of business. We offer a generous commission split of 50% - 70% of new business and 40% of renewals. When thresholds are met, commission splits will increase. Work in the office or work from home. Put in as many hours or as few as you want. We can train and help in the office. What want to hire you if: You have 1-2 years experience in sales You have excellent phone presentation and communication skills You are capable of maintaining constant energy and enthusiasm on calls You love building and maintaining strong client relationships Outgoing personality - enjoy engaging and talking to people. Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity. Ability to work independently and proficiently without excess supervision. Basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Excellent time management and organizational skills Active Property + Casualty License - if you are not currently licensed, we will pay for your study and licensing materials No repos, chapter 11 or 13 bankruptcies within the last 12 months No chapter 7 bankruptcies within the last 3 years Background check and fingerprints will be ran on all applicants; felonies/misdemeanors involving theft/fraud/violence/etc may prevent applicants from becoming licensed Job Type: Commission

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
