IT Programmer Analyst

Job Description IT Product Systems is seeking a mid-level IT programmer / analyst to join their team in Seal Beach, CA. Qualifications  Typical Education: Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four yeardegree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.  Required Qualifications:   This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee 1+ years of experienceworking with complex web applications 3+ years of experience with Javascript 3+ years of experience programming in Java Experience providing architecture (including business, application, integration, security, or infrastructurearchitecture) support to a project or domain that consists of multiple applications and/or technologies. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
