INSTALLATION ENERGY MANAGER

For the GS-12 position:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Executing an energy/water management program for an organization based on organizational goals and resource requirements; 2) Researching legislation, studies, policies, and procedures to provide guidance on an organizational energy program; 3) Managing energy mandates, programs, and processes essential to the energy program; and 4) Interpreting policy and regulations to resolve energy program conflicts or issues. For the GS-11 position:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing support for the managing of existing programs, training and initiatives to support energy mandates and achieve installation goals; 2) Gathering metrics and data for the preparation of installation energy program related reports; 3) Conducting general energy awareness training for installation personnel. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
