SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
1) Responsible for overall planning and scheduling of transportation operations and maintenance matters; 2) Plans and schedules work assignments on a long-range basis semi-annually for accomplishment within schedules and priorities; 3) Provides input to higher levels of management for the five year capital purchase plan; 4) Responsible for carrying out EEO policies and/or communicating support of these policies to subordinates; 5) Assures equality in ratings, assignments, training, promotions, awards, discipline, and other personnel actions; 6) Cooperates and participates in the development of sound staffing strategies that incorporate a well-balanced workforce; 7) Inspects work in progress and upon completion to ensure proper quality and quantity of output and efficiency; 8) Assures that appropriate production reports and administrative records are maintained and forwarded as required. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
