ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

The Seal Beach Annex(SBA) Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring calibrations performed by the SBA Calibration Laboratory comply with all Joint Naval Accreditation and Certification (JNAC) standards. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience in quality management or calibration lab management at or equivalent to the NT-03 pay band(GS-9 through GS-10 equivalency) experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
analyze and evaluate calibration lab quality control activities to review overall performance of production and recommend improvements in quality control techniques and procedures. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
