Under minimal supervision, the Project Manager will fulfill Engineering Project Management duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Head project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projectsTechnical specification review and resolutionCoordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and customerCreate project timelines and cost estimates.
Track and report to managementSchedule and monitor program activity to achieve an on-time result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action itemsMonitor program cost activity to achieve an in budget resultPrepare quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, designEnsure that project charges are correctly represented for accounting's closing processEvaluate project performance of functional areasSelect and recommend procedures or development of methodsAssignments involve activities requiring knowledge of standard principles and techniques.
Assists in mentoring engineersDirect and supervise other engineering activitiesAssist in the coordination of pricing, estimating, scoping strategies for proposed projects and in the development and preparation of technical specificationsPrepare designs, drawings, plans and specifications for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment or componentsSupervise technical testingAssist in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projectsPrepare design computations and quantity estimatesReviews and monitor project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documentsPerform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree in any of the following:
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or Math Required or equivalentSix to nine years' experienceMinimum 2 years of project management experience and associated management and reporting tools, PMP certification a plusExperience with collaboration tools, i.
e JIRAProven experience in people managementProven experience in risk managementProven experience in strategic planningProven experience in change managementProgramming experience in C, C# or Assembly language experience is a plusDesign experience with embedded microcontrollers is plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
